We welcome new members and visitors/guests
About Us
Unfortunately due to Covid 19 restrictions we are unable to have our normal monthly meetings in the Village Hall. We hope this will be resolved soon so watch this space!
Hello! We are Watlington WI.
We meet on the second Tuesday of every month in Watlington Village Hall at 7.30pm
We welcome new members and visitors/guests
We are a lively group with members of various ages from their 30’s upwards. You only have to be 18 to join. Our activities are varied and hopefully topical from talks on Hypnotherapy to Bollywood dancing we try to cater for everyone’s interests. If you like to learn new things and meet some new interesting friends, then come and give us a try. We celebrated our 50th anniversary in 2017 so we must be doing something right.
The WI provides women with educational opportunities and the chance to build new skills, to take part in a wide variety of activities and to campaign on issues that matter to them and their communities.
There is a book club and a craft group and various workshops are arranged throughout the year.
